1. Contract and Permitting

ONCE plans are finalized, the contract is signed and the initial deposit is made, we complete the county or city permit process.


2. Pool Layout, Excavation, Forming, Plumbing

Once the permit(s) is issued, we will be on-site to layout the pool. Pool excavation is next, followed by rebar. These steel reinforcing rods are constructed increase the strength and longevity of your pool.


3. Pool Shell

Next, the pool is ready for gunite which is a concrete mixture that adheres to the rebar, and forms the pool shell. We only use gunite companies that are certified Pebble Tec, Pebble Sheen, Pebble Fina installers.


4. Stone Work, Tile & Coping, Plumbing & Electrical

Once the gunite is applied, we can begin the stone work, tile and coping, plumbing and electrical. Depending on the scope of the rock work, this part of the pool build usually is the most time consuming.


5. Install Pool Equipment/Electrical Hook Up

Next, our plumber will install your new pool equipment to filter, purify and heat your water. An electrician will connect all pool equipment.


6. Form & Pour Deck, Install Decking

Once the masonry work, tile, coping, plumbing and electrical lines are installed, the concrete deck (if needed) is formed, drains are installed and we are ready for plaster!


7. Plaster

Once the plaster crew arrives, the application takes about a day, depending on the size of the pool. The crew will return the following day to spray down the pool and wash off any grout. Once the pool is washed down it can be filled with water. This usually takes 24 to 72 hours, again depending on the size of the pool. Filling the pool can cost can cost $75-$150.

8. Balance Pool Chemistry

Once the pool is filled, we will balance out the pool chemistry. This takes three to seven days, but you can swim in your pool after the first 24 hours. Once the pool chemistry is balanced out, we will demonstrate how to test the chemistry, clean the filter, and fill the chlorinator. If you decide that you would rather have someone else maintain it, we will give you our recommendations.


9. Landscape/Irrigation/Extras

If you would like to enhance your pool, we highly recommend landscape, lighting, and other outdoor structures such as fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and anything else you may dream up.


10. Punch List

We will do a final walk through with you and make any repairs and answer any remaining questions.


11. Enjoy your new pool!

The transformation of your backyard will be worth the wait.
